Can my suit be altered if I gain or lose weight?
If an item is sold out, can I be notified if it becomes available again?
How long will it take to receive my order?
Can I return the items I’ve purchased?
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, in cases where an order has already been processed, we regret that we will be unable to cancel that particular order.
When I put something in my shipping cart, does it mean that the item is available?
All orders are subject to product availability. Item availability is only confirmed when you complete your purchase and your order is processed. As another customer may order the item in the meantime, merely placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure its availability.
Is sales tax applied to my order?
Nyoni Couture charges state, local, and county taxes for online transactions based on your shipping address and as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax only. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped. In some cases the final total of tax due may vary from that estimated. Applicable state tax will be applied to orders shipped to New York, New Jersey, California, Texas, Illinois and Nevada.
